Our Goal
At Rhoost, our goal is to create products that help parents spend more time having fun with their kids, and less time worrying about them. Co-founders, Vianka Perez Belyea and Tavinder Phull are committed to creating innovative solutions that are safe for babies, safe for the environment, and easy to use.
About the Founders
Vianka Perez Belyea
As a mother, Vianka is committed to finding products that are healthy, safe, and sustainable – both for herself and her family. She brings this commitment to her role as co-founder of Rhoost.
Vianka also brings nearly 15 years of business operations, new business development, and marketing experience to the Rhoost team. With a background in public health and healthcare, she has a unique view on baby grooming and safety products and she brings that view to product development at Rhoost.
Tavinder Phull
With an MBA from Babson College and 15 years of business strategy, supply chain management, and business operations experience, Tavinder gives the Rhoost team a strong backbone.
Tavinder views a person’s skills as a toolbox for life. Her father was an avid do-it-yourselfer and she was never far from his side in any of his projects…the successes (of which there were many) and the failures (hey – who was counting?). Approaching T with an unsolved problem is a lot like approaching a bee with honey.
